What happens to what you type

• Answers are held in temporary React component state (working memory) only.
• Nothing is written to local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, cookies or a service worker.
• Nothing is placed in the URL, a query string or a URL fragment.
• Nothing is logged to the console, sent to an error reporter or sent to an analytics service.
• There is no save, export, upload or PDF-generation function.
• Every assessment and result screen has a “Clear my answers” control that resets memory immediately, with no network request.

• No accounts, sign-in or user profiles.
• No database, backend application logic or server-side processing of your input.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, session replay or advertising technology.
• No contact forms; contacting Nadine opens your own email programme with a fixed subject line and no assessment content.
• No third-party embeds, widgets, remote fonts or externally hosted scripts. Fonts and images are bundled with the site.

This is a hosted website, so it cannot be true that “nothing is sent anywhere”. To deliver the page, your browser connects to the hosting infrastructure, which necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested file, timestamp, user agent and similar server-level information. That is website-delivery metadata, and it is separate from your assessment answers, which never leave your device. Hosting arrangements and any provider-side logging are still to be confirmed and documented before launch.

If you choose to email Nadine, that email is handled by your own email provider and by Wellthspan Advisory's email provider, in the ordinary way. Please do not include health details you would not want to send by email. No assessment content is attached or pre-filled.
