Scope, limits and data flow

If you are a clinician, adviser, coach or employer looking at this tool, here is what it is and — more importantly — what it is not.

Explicit exclusions

  • No mental-health, substance-use, eating-disorder or suicide-risk screening is performed or implied.
  • No clinical thresholds, cut-offs or referral criteria are applied.
  • No individual financial, insurance, pension, tax or investment recommendation is made, and no product is named.
  • No claim of endorsement, accreditation, partnership or professional review by any body is made.
  • Not intended as an occupational health assessment or as an input to employment decisions.

If you use it with clients

It can work as a conversation starter: the user brings their chosen priority, two actions and the question they wanted to ask a professional. Because nothing is stored, they will need to write down or print anything they want to keep before leaving the page. The evidence register lists what is still pending review.
